I experienced this just after doing a dist-upgrade from 9.04 to Lucid Beta1. I didn't install/use gwibber in 9.04 at all.
I had the following in my /etc/hosts: 127.0.0.1 localhost,cromo #The second entry is my laptop name Removing my laptop name from above "fixed" the issue.
