Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I used powertop to monitor CPU wakeups. ubuntuone-syncd is often on top
of the list ad always under the top 3 causing lots of CPU wakeups. My
files are completely snced, but ubuntuone-syncd never stops running
frequqnetly. In case of CPU load generated it is however not very
active.

I guess ubuntuone should itself sleep longer.
