I have Docky 2.0.1 installed. If I set Docky to hide, behavior I don't use, then Totem will play full screen. However I think the 'bug' is that with Docky set to not hide if you try and play a video in Totem in full screen mode you then get no response from any of the menu items and you have to ALT-F4 to close the video.
