@ Mark. Ignoring your users is not the way to go. Even when I'm on Windows, I rarely use Microsoft Window after the ribbon was introduced in 2007. In fact, I came to Ubuntu after I got annoyed with Windows Vista. When the vast majority of users want the window control buttons on the right, you should listen to them. Looks like I'm going to have to find a new distro.
