After thinking about this some more, I am not convienced that it actually is xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse. I also have a lucid JeOS guest and the framebuffer moves painfully slow when text is scrolling if I connect to it with virt-viewer, however if I ssh into it it runs at normal speed. I dont have xorg let alone xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse, granted this could be two different bugs. Any ideas on how to find out?
