I was on myspace.com, had received a friend request, and chose to deny it. I clicked on the checkbox to select the person, hit the Deny Selected button, and a message box was supposed to pop up asking me if I really wanted to do that, giving the option to select yes or no.
The message box/window popped up largely transparent, with no text visible.
