I've been keeping my .xsession-errors for a while and the "Another
Window Manager is already running" warning is the only thing different
between when it works and when it fails.

Besides, i was about to close the bug as it had not happened for
severeal days (whereas it used to be systematic), until the issue
reappeared. I don't know if there's a direct link, but my computer was
violently shut down (I switched the power off by mistake...) and now,
the issue is systematic again : no window manager and invisible panel.

Again, I don't see what other information I can provide. Is there any
optional log I can activate to get better traces ? Since it is
reproducible, it could be investigated.
