No worries, we understand that not all Ubuntu users are comfortable with
debugging, so if we need you to run any commands I will try to provide
easy instructions for you.

You mentioned that a lot of others have this problem. Are there any
other bug reports that you are referencing, or have you just heard about
others having this same problem elsewhere? If there are other bug
reports for this problem, it may help us determine the cause of this
bug.

I am currently dual-booting with Ubuntu 10.04 and Windows Vista on a
single HDD and have had no trouble, so this does not seem to affect
everyone.

Any specific information you can provide will be helpful. Thanks in
advance!
