I still have been unable to get the upgrade tool to run.  Here is the

I am unsure if the "out of memory" is an issue on my end or the tool.  I
have 1GB on an AMD Turion M37 with 2GB swap.  Should not be an issue.
Please advise as to which direction I should go.
