Simon: Your resolvconf “1.45ubuntu1ppa1” is actually version 1.44, which seems … really odd. A patch that reverts all the changes between 1.44 and 1.45 as a side effect is certainly not going to make it into Lucid. You’ll need to post a clean debdiff against the current Lucid package with no extraneous changes before it can be considered.
