Hi again swoll1980. Ok, thanks for the info. Hopefully it is indeed the
same bug because it should be fixed now with the following package
versions (please refer to bug 544424):
software-center 1.1.21
aptdaemon 0.111+bzr342
Please upgrade your lucid install to the latest package versions and
test to make sure that you can no longer reproduce this issue. In the
meantime, I will mark this bug as a duplicate of bug 544424. If you
find that the issue still occurs, please be sure to respond in this bug
and include the output of the following on the command line:
apt-cache policy software-center
apt-cache policy aptdaemon
If the problem turns out to be a different one, we'll remove the
duplicate status. Thanks very much!
