@Botond Szász : I dont have either of the apps installed  , so I'm
unable to confirm this

Could you try the following:

1: Switch to a different theme[ex: radiance]
2: Open terminal
3: Enter the following command
$ gksu gedit /usr/share/themes/Ambiance/gtk-2.0/gtkrc

4: Now ,after entering admin password, the file will open in gedit. Find Line 
67, which has the following
        GtkMenuBar::window-dragging = 1

Change that to = 0 and save file. so that it appears as
        GtkMenuBar::window-dragging = 0

5:Switch back to Ambiance

Now check if the menubar is visible?
This might very well be a gtk bug , and that the apps are not playing nice with 
the latest updates.
