Public bug reported: Binary package hint: powermanagement-interface
Ubuntu Lucid, Afer a full reboot from shutdown, I first type : pmi action suspend, and the system goes to sleep and resumes ok, Next yme I do the same thing, I see that some scripts are running (for example the networking disconnects and reconnects again) but the system doesn;t suspend anymore (until next full reboot). Not sure it's a help, but I also get this message when suspend fails : method return sender=:1.26 -> dest=:1.117 reply_serial=2 int32 128 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: amd64 Date: Sat Mar 27 18:48:57 2010 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" - Release amd64 (20091027) Package: powermanagement-interface 0.3.19 ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-17.26-generic 2.6.32.10+drm33.1 SourcePackage: powermanagement-interface Uname: Linux 2.6.32-17-generic x86_64 ** Affects: powermanagement-interface (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- pmi action suspend works only once after full shutdown https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/549661 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
