This issue persists after upgrading to Lucid (beta). After the upgrade,
only policykit-1 packages are installed, so the upgrade looks OK.
However after playing a bit with the packages, I also lost the 'suspend'
button in the 'indicator-applet'.

I now see errors of the type:

Mar 27 16:35:09 purple gnome-session[1404]: WARNING: Could not connect
to ConsoleKit: Could not get owner of name 'org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit':
no such name

in /var/log/daemon.log

It seems that the corresponding policies in
/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.consolekit.policy have been
renamed 'org.freedesktop.consolekit' (lowercase). Is that a problem?
