Sergio, all of those three (help, euro, dollar) are already correct on your system (http://launchpadlibrarian.net/41837474/orig-map.txt), so no need to change the udev rules further to get correct key codes. GNOME etc. would need to be fixed to actually react to those keys. You should be able to assign them to something useful in the keyboard shortcuts control-center applet.
