James, Gotcha. That sounds like lwregd is not responding in time. I'm not that familiar with specific implementation details of preseeded installs but from what I remember, there is nothing that should be different that the normal install process. Is there anything specific about the install environment? What are the host specs (CPU, RAM, DISK)?
