Again, all our testing was done on on P400/P800 cards with BBWC and P200 without BBWC so I don't see this being the cause.
The IOPs I can't see being an issue as it's something I'm typically seeing on smaller amounts of larger files. Larger amounts of smaller files seem ok for speed - similarly, large amounts of IOPs from mysql writes are at the level I'd be expecting.
