Thanks for contacting Ubuntu.
Did you log into one.ubuntu.com and view your user defined folders? The
content should be being synchronized there, and will not be synchronized
through the Ubuntu One folder in your home directory. In Nautilus, if
you click into the folder that you've chosen to sync, a green check will
indicate the file has been synchronized.
