The upstream fix is in Lucid's mesa 7.7 packages, and (for most people)
seems to be working.
@Hendrik Grahl: Your backtrace seems to point to a different problem, as
it's (correctly) wandering through the software-renderer code. If you
can still reproduce that on an up to date Lucid install, please file a
new bug.
