hi - was directed here from bug #544619 - though, I'm not 100% it's the same, as software-center doesn't indicate that anything was installed. The "use this source" button still exists, never having changed to an option to install. Meaning, nothing was installed that doesn't seem to be found. I agree however that SC doesn't appear to like partners + amd64.
I ended up just installing flash manually, which I'd rather undo and go back to letting my distribution take care of it.
