This is an issue for me as well. The Ubuntu One daemon seems to be functioning correctly:

I tried to download the tracks about 3 hours ago. They were added to my Ubuntu One account almost immediately and can be downloaded individually, but there is still no sign of them in my Purchased from Ubuntu One UDF.
