Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-volume-manager

It would be great if gnome-volume-properties could offer an option to
automatically turn on/off the touchpad when a mouse is attached/removed.

Today i'ts possible to specify a command to run when a mouse is plugged
in. I use:

  synclient TouchpadOff=1

But the touchpad will remain turned off when you remove the mouse.
