Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

Why today have the developers decided that lock screen is not needed any
more and start screensaver is more important. There is no point to it,
why would you want to start screensaver!

Yes, I know that if you configure the screen saver to ask for login when
the screen saver is stopped by the user, it will act the same way as
lock screen. However, not everyone will have that option checked, making
this option useless. It is also confusing for the user to have a start
screen saver option.

Put lock screen back!
