When booting up on Feisty, I see the output:

 * Loading hardware drivers...
udevd-event[2601]: udev_db_add_device: unable to create db file 
'/dev/.udev/db/[EMAIL PROTECTED]@mice': No such file or directory
udevd-event[3021]: udev_db_add_device: unable to create db file 
'/dev/.udev/db/[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]': No such file or directory

It doesn't look right.
