While it is obviously better in our context to stimulate the users to use free software, I too live in Brazil and depend on this package to access my bank website and I think that it would be a barrier to the entry of new users in Brazil (and maybe other countries too) to remove this package from the main repository, so I join Tiago and Helder in this request.
