Some weeks ago, I deactivated the 3D effects of Gnome (switched from "normal" to "no effects"), which deactivates compiz. Since then, the problem I described ( [Bug 520328] ) did not happen any more. That is, that as soon as the laptop returns from StandBy, the clock in the panel still works and Skype and Empathy reconnect without any error. The same for Ubuntu One. Is it possible, that CompizFusion has something to do with it?
