Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sipwitch

There are two packaging issues, and I had also accumulated a number of
upstream related fixes, all of which I was holding onto so that only one
ffe would be needed to handle all these issues together.

The full set of fixes collected together in this update include:

  * Fix for sippasswd setuid and added back debug package
  * Upstream fix for sippasswd sending realm instead of hash
  * Upstream fix for server uuid realm when no realm set
  * New subpackage for proper install of cgi webservice
  * New server debugging and management options from upstream

Why FFE?

This package is tied to a blueprint for Lucid and effects no other
packages or subsystems. This update fixes existing functionality and
packaging issues.
