If I understand the last "alternative" part of this request, it is the same as the "Prefer PLAIN" option under the HTML Messages tab in Mail Preferences (I'm on Evolution version 2.28.1, Ubuntu 9.10). I currently use that option and am happy with it, but I still find myself wishing frequently to view the HTML version of certain messages. It would be very nice to have the option to switch display formats on the fly, as in the KMail button. The current flow looks like:
1. Click View menu 2. Click Preferences 3. Click Mail Preferences 4. Click HTML Messages 5. Change from "Prefer PLAIN" to "Show HTML if present" 6. Close preferences window 7. Switch to a different message and back again, to update message display format 8. Repeat 1-5 to turn options back to "Prefer PLAIN" Which is a rather long way around. -- Add option to display HTML mail in evolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/381066 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
