Public bug reported: Suspending seems to work okay; the power light blinks orange (I think that's normal). But when powering back up, nothing happens except for the power light turning green. Shutting off the laptop and turning it back on doesn't allow it to POST. The battery and AC adapter must be removed before the the machine will boot again.
This is a Toshiba Satellite A100-S2211TD currently running 9.10 kernel 2.6.31-18-generic. I don't believe suspend has worked with linux on this laptop at least in the last year. It does, however, work with windows. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Toshiba Satellite A100 resume from suspend fails https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/538621 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
