Here's another example -- again from Wikipedia (article "Mezuzah"), but
using a different font.  The vowel points are positioned completely
wrong -- appearing after (i.e., to the left of) the letters, whereas
most vowel points should appear under or over the letters.  (See
attached screen shot.)

If you aren't familiar with Hebrew writing, you might want to look at
the Wikipedia article "Niqqud" for an explanation of how vowels are
indicated in certain texts.
