I agree: the colour of all progress bar should be the same. However the look of the progress bar in GTK-Tree view fits much better to the rest of the theme (icons, window boarders) than the "glossy style" of the other progress bars that is used currently. One solution could be to us the same style as in the GTK-Tree (non-Glossy, flat) together with a light orange (as used for the folder icons) for all progress bars.
