I remember this bug from Dapper Drake...thought it was fixed. Anyway, it still exists in Edgy Eft. I'm attaching a screen shot from Linux Mint Bea, which uses Ubuntu 6.10 as a code base. My laptop is a Fujitsu FMV-Biblo LOOX. The "tearing" only occurs when I move the nipple pointer up and to the left.
