I have a 2.1 Gb revision. Having relinked subversion with libapr1 I was capable of importing my repository. However I was not able to use it. My revision 1 is 2.1Gb so I cannot modify any files from that revision. libapr0 is not able to read the revision file.
I basically need to rebuild the subversion deb file and all its dependencies linking them with libapr1 instead of libapr0. I am clueless on how to change the libraries a deb links with as it is being built. I admit that this is not a bug. Subversion was packaged as is by design. The problem is that is useless for me as the libapr0 library it was linked with only accepts 2GB files.
