I am new to Ubuntu, but after posting in Ubuntu Forums
(http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=381273) someone else seems to
have the same problem. It is also with an intel card. As it says in my
forum post, the only way I can use the card with my WPA-PSK network is
when I 'sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart' and then 'sudo
/etc/init.d/dbus restart'. Then I can see all local networks.
Otherwise, just the strongest open network. I have had the problem
since installing Ubuntu (three weeks ago).

Email for any other info/outputs/configs.
