Greetings, Two years is way to long to be concerned about this bug. I no longer bother to even use galeon. I have upgraded to the newest version of Ubuntu (9.10). All the other browsers I have installed work fine (ELinks, Opera, Chrome, Epiphany, Midori, Firefox, and even IE7).
