The random lockups with nForce Ethernet are unrelated to this message.
This message appears when you try to use the legacy hardware monitoring
driver for your motherboard with a newer kernel. The newer kernel is
guarding against instability by preventing two drivers from trying to
talk to the same device. It's preventing a situation like having two
bosses yelling at you to do two different things at the same time.

If you are experiencing lockups, you should look for another bug that is
directed at that issue, or open a new bug if you can't find one.
