Public bug reported:
All the symlinks kde-guidance puts in /usr/bin point to the wrong
locations, meaning that much of kde-guidance simply doesn't work.
For example, /usr/bin/displayconfig points to "../usr/share/python-
support/kde-guidance/displayconfig.py" which resolves to "/usr/usr/share
/python-support/kde-guidance/displayconfig.py". It should only have
one "/usr".
This is true for serviceconfig, userconfig, mountconfig, displayconfig,
and displayconfig-restore.
This is on a dapper->edgy upgrade.
