Sorry you were having problems with Ubuntu One. Thank you for taking the time
to write a detailed description of the events surrounding your issue. Actually
your problem was caused by the Bandwidth Throttling settings. This is a known
issue and the Ubuntu One Team is working to get a fix out. in the meantime read
bug 509740 to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or
to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further
discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to
continue to report any other bugs you may find.
