Public bug reported:
My webcam works perfectly on main user, which is not in video group;
The webcam is in /dev/video
secondary users can't run the webcam correctely even after having been added in
video group.
cheese shows no image from webcam;
skype doesn't recognize a webcam in the system from secondary user.
adding secondary user to Admin group doesn't solve.
