The upstream bug has been marked Invalid with the following explanation: I don't see a bug here.
The documentation says how to get it working (even though there is no need to quote project's documentation in the bug report...you obviously read it, I wrote it...). Gigolo should not inlude the necessary entries for the defaults.list, neither Thunar should, IMO. The next Thunar release will work natively with GIO/GVfs, so there is no need for the gvfs-fuse backend anymore. For the meantime, it's in the users' responsibility to setup the system correctly, as described in the documentation. ** Changed in: gigolo (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => Invalid -- Can't open SMB shares with Thunar https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/473796 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
