I added in the original report that this happens to me with Twitter but I didn't test other protocols.
But with Twitter the bug is perfectly reproducible. 1) Ask someone you follow to post a new message. (alternatively, create a dummy account so you don't have to bother people you follow) 2) Refresh Gwibber, the new message should appear. 3) Ask that someone to delete the message. 4) Refresh Gwibber, the message stays in the timeline, but it should disappear. 5) Close Gwibber and open it again. The deleted message is *still* there. ** Description changed: Binary package hint: gwibber In Lucid Alpha 3, Gwibber is not deleting deleted posts from the timeline. In Karmic, deleted messages did not disappear with a refresh, but at least disappeared after you closed Gwibber and opened it again. Now not even this works, and deleted posts stay in the timeline forever. + + Note: this happens with Twitter, didn't test other protocols.
