Charles, yes, by "limiting granularly", I'm talking about limiting speed for a particular torrent instead of the limiting speed for all torrents globally. Transmission's interface isn't intuitive regarding this distinction. One thinks they are limiting globally, when they are actually limiting particular torrent's bandwidth only. Then, when they monitor their bandwidth globally, they think Transmission isn't honoring their settings. See vuze, for an interface that makes a clearer distinction for this.
