Would it be out of place to suggest that an entry be added to the release notes that this is a known issue and give the workarounds of: (1) leaving the source window or program open until after the paste is complete or (2) installing parcellite (any), glipper (Ubuntu), or klipper (Kubuntu)? I do not know who is involved with the release notes; would somebody please bring this to the appropriate person's (or team's) attention for comment?
