this problem exist with other driver too: i run Lucid (daily updated) with nvidia current and 195.36 driver installed, and kernel only activate nvidia-current ( system --> admin --> hardware drivers), can't activate 195.36. Looking at Xorg.0.log, i have this error: ioctl EVIOCGNAME failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device.
