Binary package hint: ttf-beteckna
I installed the ttf-beteckna package in Lucid. Based on its contents, I
expect it to contain five styles of the font:
$ dpkg -L ttf-beteckna|grep '\.ttf'
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/beteckna/BetecknaLowerCase.ttf
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/beteckna/BetecknaLowerCaseBold.ttf
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/beteckna/BetecknaLowerCaseBoldCondensed.ttf
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/beteckna/BetecknaLowerCaseItalic.ttf
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/beteckna/BetecknaLowerCaseItalicCondensed.ttf
In OpenOffice, only BetecknaLowerCase is available in the font selection
drop-down.
In The GIMP, the following are available:
BetecknaLowerCase Medium
BetecknaLowerCase Medium
BetecknaLowerCase Medium
BetecknaLowerCase Medium Italic
BetecknaLowerCase Medium Italic
All the duplicates also look the same on the screen, so this is not a
naming issue.
