The bug is in the package libsvn1 version 1.5.1dfsg1-1ubuntu2. One solution is to use the version 1.4.6: Uninstall the current version. Use the option force version for install the version 1.4.6. After, use block version option. For end, install the packages of rapidsvn or subversion.
