Steve, that description change has not been valid in Ubuntu for quite a
while - the driver is shipped with the kernel and not with l-u-m. The
new wording (referred to in the changelog as "Be more explicit in the
package descriptions") is:

 Please note that you probably do not need this package: The prism2_usb
 driver is included in the default kernel packages since 2.6.31.

which is valid for both Debian and Ubuntu.
