Public bug reported: Dear bug masters,
After installing a freshly burnt karmic I ran '% sudo vigr' and it complained vim could not be found. This would mean that the vim package should be a dependency of the passwd (or shadow) package. Or that vigr should be adapted to use vi rather then vim. Just hopin' to help. Grtz, Hartog.
