I wonder, is this really proper? pgadmin3 should have always appeared
in the Programming menu (through the Development category in the desktop
file), it was just _additionally_ also in the System Tools menu entry.

 "it was" because I dropped the System category from the desktop file in
the latest upload to Debian (1.10.1-2) and when the sync of #521856
happens this will be solved for lucid.

 Now I wonder, which is more appropriate? Invalid or Fix Released?  :)
I don't care either way, but invalid is probably more accurately
describing the case.
