Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-session

The Hibernation option still shows when hibernation is not possible due
to kernel update.

When selected the screen locks as if it is going to hibernate and then
nothing happens.

Looking in /var/log/pm-suspend.log I get:
Initial commandline parameters:
Sun Feb 14 17:08:36 GMT 2010: Running hooks for hibernate.
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/000record hibernate hibernate: kernel update inhibits
hibernate (/var/run/do-not-hibernate present)
Returned exit code 1.
Sun Feb 14 17:08:36 GMT 2010: Inhibit found, will not perform hibernate

Would it be possible to either hide the hibernate option or display a
warning to the user the hibernation is not available if /var/run/do-not-
hibernate exists?
